Parties

The Reynolds Mansion is also the perfect place to hold Christmas Parties, Charity Events, Birthday parties, or any special gathering.  You can choose the 1^st floor common areas with use of the Grand Dining room or book just the Grand Dining room for smaller intimate parties. Outdoor events are also a possibility with 3000 square feet of covered porches and ample space for tented affairs as well. Family Reunions and Family Retreats

Custom-made retreats are found at The Reynolds Mansion. There are many activities for individuals to experience on their own: biking, hiking, and strolling Biltmore Village and throughout downtown Asheville. It will be a get-away that is both memorable and relaxing.

The Mansion can sleep up to 18 people, the carriage house 6, and the cottages can accommodate 5 in one and 4 in the other. This would bring the total to 33 guests, and make the estate exclusive to your family.

Weddings

The Reynolds Mansion is the perfect setting for your most special occasions. From intimate gatherings to a larger fairy tale wedding, The Reynolds Mansion, in partnership with your Wedding Planner, will help with every detail. Every day is uniquely special, and we strive to personalize each aspect.

Our grounds are kept in classical country style. Mountain peaks, fresh breezes and tranquil sounds of nature guide you through your ceremony and provide the perfect backdrop to an unforgettable reception. In the cold months a romantic fire crackles and the warm fragrance of spiced cider fills the Mansion.

The Mansion can easily accommodate celebrations of 25 or less year-round inside the well-appointed first floor common areas. Outdoor ceremonies and receptions are possible late April – October and can accommodate up 80 guests with the use of tents.

For Saturday weddings, 11 guest rooms on the Mansion property are blocked and require Friday and Saturday evening stays.  Weekend wedding packages are a fabulous way to extend the joy of your celebration. Guests check in on Friday and are welcomed relax in the house or on the porches. Guests enjoy breakfast Saturday morning, flexibility to have your ceremony anytime that day, then dance and enjoy the evening with the entire inn available to your guests. Your special event would end with a departure breakfast on Sunday morning featuring our signature southern breakfast, which is a great way to say good-bye to your guests at the Mansion.

Contact us for  rates customized to your needs. Black out dates applies, so please call to secure your preferred date. A confirmation deposit is required to hold your wedding date, and this deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled 90 days in advance.

The Inn does not provide cake, flowers, music, tent, chair rental, and any other items needed for your wedding.  A list of preferred, local vendors is available to help make your day special.  The Reynolds Mansion does have its own wedding photographer and can provide a special pricing for photography for your special event.

Elopements and Small Ceremonies

We are pleased to offer Reynolds Mansion for civil unions and elopements. Small or somewhat larger we can provide you with everything necessary to make your event unique and memorable.  Full planning services are available.  We will help you get all the items necessary for having a special intimate ceremony such as:

• Ceremony performed by a local officiate on our grounds or inside
• Custom cake for 2
• Personal flowers
• 2 nights in one of our Suites with breakfast

We will be happy to arrange rooms and for friends and family that are attending your ceremony. We can customize your package to include visits to the Biltmore House or other local activities – just ask!
